"We loved Synergy. Our 2 bedroom apartment was great with 2 bathrooms, kitchen dining and lounge area. The balcony was also a great size with table and chairs. Our apartment was on the 19th floor with a fabulous view of the ocean. The pool is heated and was lovely. Parking is easy, but you just need to be mindful of the change of arrows when coming in and out of the carpark - Synergy do advise of this prior to stay. Location was great, very close to tram line, shops & eateries and a short walk to the beach and casino. We would definately stay here again."

"The whole experience staying here was good. Reception staff excellent, car parking and access to the unit great. Beds /pillows best we’ve had in a long time. Showers superb, full tv coverage including Fox. For the price and location excellent value."

"Loved our stay. Clean and very well appointed room. Loved the view and freshness the balcony provided. Just wish you could see through the glass panels… Staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was just ok (luke warm food and missing berries for the chocolate fountain- which was a nice plus). Coffee from machine (complimentary) to adjoining coffee shop (with additional cost) was using the same bitter beans. The largest and most beautiful pool and adjoining bar made us feel spoiled. Will be coming back for sure!"

"Excellent reception we arrived early and were greeted with great hospitality and the room was made ready for us to check in within an hour. The facility was very quiet despite construction. Our room had excellent ocean views, we loved it, very comfortable beds excellent, close to all amenities, lots of room and plenty to do"

"Booked a week out and got a very reasonable price especially given proximity to beachfront. Was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on check-in to a two bedroom apartment with a lovely sea view from the balcony and main bedroom. Jane checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. I had a small suv rental car and my allocated carpark was a tight squeeze next to a pole, but luckily no one parked on one side of me which was a relief! Could be tricky for nervous drivers or larger vehicles. Location is perfect with an easy walk along beachfront to either Broadbeach one way or Surfers the other. There is also a local convenience store close by for any essentials if you don’t have time to travel further and a BWS within a 10min walk also."
