The title says it all- this was a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, etc. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, as well. We will certainly return on or next trip to Volterra!
Beautiful property with large rooms, parlors, great staff, great restaurant, etc. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed, but they made one call and re-opened it for us and served an amazing meal with late night enthusiasm on a beautiful deck. The rooms were large, nice baths and very comfortable beds. This was a perfect retreat after a hectic week! I wish I had the time to stay longer, hope to return someday :) Great location right off the square. Cute and very clean room. Felt very safe at the hotel and in the city as a whole. The front desk gal was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are out and about late at night, be sure to bring both keys with you!

Hotel was great! Very nice restaurant, relaxing pool, awesome views of Tuscan countryside and Volterra. Parking provided at a fee, but very convenient and accessible. Hotel was perfectly located within the historic city walls, walked to all the sites and enjoyed strolling the streets at night and enjoyed many of the great restaurants in Volterra. Definite city and hotel to visit again.
We stayed at Boccioleto Resort & Spa for five nights with our two kids and absolutely loved it. The hotel is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with spacious rooms and a pool overlooking breathtaking views. The staff is impeccable—always warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. You can really sense the team’s effort to create an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was delicious, and if we had more time, we would have gladly extended our stay.
We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.
The accomodations were awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel. She does not take credit cards and it is difficult to find. However, she will send you an e-mail prior to arrival with all these details as well as how to find the hotel. You can park out front while checking in and then you drive about 100 meters to a free parking lot .... very convenient. The City is wodnerful are easily walkable!

This is a newly renovated and opened property cared for by a wonderful family. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. The food is delicious, the rooms are well appointed and till we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property and every interesting nook! There's lots to do including a ping pong table and a beautiful pool.
My only regret was not staying longer
