We had been booked at a different hotel on the other side of downtown for the first few days, but decided to change locations to be closer to meetings and activities of interest, and to be super close to the train station for early AM departure on our final day. The stay was great. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of town. Management here is superb. There were some changes that I needed to make and they fell into the change/cancellation window without penalty. Hotels.com was completely unhelpful and kept trying to stonewall me but the management at the hotel was incredibly helpful and they worked with their own contact at hotels.com to help me resolve the issue and make the necessary changes. I can't thank them enough.
