Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Excellent customer service by helping us with luggage to our room and waiting on payment until we were settled in. We were able to order food from their restaurant and they delivered it to our room. The bed is super comfy and the room has all the amenities we need. The only issue is parking but we lucked out and someone left while we were looking for a space.
