It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to breakfast staff were kind, caring and truly treated us like family. When we come back to Orlando, we will stay in this hotel. The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. Thank you for your hospitality. Plus its conveniently located so close to universal that we could've walked if we wanted to. The free shuttle made it perfect for our trip. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. Very close to the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Great for a one night stay

This is a very nice hotel located at ICON park. Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was large and exceptionally clean. The husband thought the bed was very comfy. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Plentiful free parking. Close to many of the major Orlando attractions and a ton of restaurants within walking distance.

Excelente hotel y locación

After a very exhausting couple of days of my trip, it was a delight that they allowed me to have a very early check in, so I could take a nap in the middle of the day, much needed. The room was cold and crispy clean. Especially thankfull to Aliya for arraging all of that with me over the phone before leaving at the end of her shift. Definetly my place to stay when going to Orlando.

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. When I booked, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but Cabana Bay exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, a charming theme, great communal areas and lovely rooms. We ended up with a volcano view room in the Beachside building and it was a 10/10. We had an awesome view of Volcano Bay which we ended up deciding to do on our last day (also recommend!). Super impressed with the entire property and was able to grab dinner at 8:30 before the kitchen closed! For an airport hotel this one is AMAZING! Clean, friendly, booked a 5am shuttle for the next morning at check-in. Staff was professional and very kind. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we’re in Orlando.
