We had to leave the hotel five days early and return to the UK due to a medical emergency. I've contacted the hotel direct and also via Hotel.com asking if there's any possibility of a refund for the days we were not occuping the room. So far I have not had a response, not even and acknowledgement of my email."

"It was a much needed cool room to sleep on an above average hot day. Very clean and easy to get in and out of. The only issue I had was due to how Expedia pays for the room. There online check in was requesting another payment. However, I was let in by a very nice German lady so I could work out the issue (thx!). The staff then helped me sort the problem. Overall a excellent experience and a cool, quite room."
