Great service with high quality facilities in a dream location. A perfect getaway place in the middle of the island and close to cute small towns

The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

Amazing ocean views right on beach and in central location area for North of Island activities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for our honeymoon welcome. Great food restaurant on site. Perfect location for beach and also to walk into town shopping and restaurants. Easy street parking nearby, plenty of spots to choose room within a couple blocks of hotel if have car rental.

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.

We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa ! You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! ) The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift ! Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life. The staff special shout...

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

Restaurants and cleaning staff amazingly friendly and nice front office staff friendly but a little bit too firm. Everything very orderly and just so. Should be a little bit more relaxed about beachtowels Front office staff should become more familiar with needs of bicyclists and bicycling opportunities Food quality and food choices works outstanding Should provide free water at dinner kind of cheesy that they make you pay for water

Thb is one the best hotel in Majorca.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and have a nice balcony. We did the all-inclusive and the food was some of the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had at a resort. The beach, is seriously amazing. One of the most beautiful I have ever seen. There are no private beaches, but you can rent an umbrella and chairs right in front of the hotel. Pools are big and nice but we didn’t spend much time by them. There is not much of a night life here, but they had evening shows. We saw a lot...

Beautiful location and clean

This hotel was perfect, we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean and the location was perfect for walking into town for dinner or to the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had huge variety to choose from. We look forward to another stay at the Inturotel Cala Esmeralda!

The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)
