This is an exceptional property. The grounds and rooms are top notch. Clean and modern. The location is perfect. Close to the village and with a superb view. Breakfast was cooked to your own preferences. Fresh cakes were also served. The owner, Luca, helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations. Also, during our stay we had a mechanical issue with our rental car. Luca helped us in finding a garage for the repair. All in all I highly recommend this property.

The whole property is very nice. hideaway. quiet and beautiful. I like the bio-organic vegetarian restaurant. The breakfast is wonderful. the swimming pool is beautiful too. You have to walk through a large lawn to get there. the floating lotus and flowers around the pool. very nature and calm. Only wish there could be some one who could help us for the luggages. as it is not easy to carry the luggages to walk up the long stairway.

Got lots of information on where to travel around the area. Very helpful with questions (where to park, how to get to places etc.) I booked this hotel bc of the breakfast and it did NOT DISSAPOINT! So many local dishes and eggs, and then breakfast dessert with a choice of 4-5 cakes everyday! It was a little hike from the town not very well marked but could easily drive and find parking (Luka will tell you where's it free/cheap/convenient) Spent a day at the pool looking at volterra and...
