My stay was amazing? Amber went above and above to make sure I was comfortable and had everything that I would need for my stay. The rooms are spacious, the home is warm and inviting, there is no feeling of awkwardness, you actually feel like you are visiting a family member. This was a bucket list stay. I have always wanted to stay at your hotel. I went to sumer camp when I was young in the area and always wanted to stay and play golf. The golf didn't work out maybe next time.
We only stayed one night, staff was easy to reach an extremely helpful. In the hotel room was clean and roomy ( we had gotten a double room). We ended up having our car get damaged off-site. Not on the hotel property and were allowed to stay a little extra time to get everything sorted out in the morning.

This was a really quiet place to stay, and even though I got there really late on the first night, they had taped my key and a little note to me on the office door so i could get into my room. That's small town hospitality and I like it!
This charming B&B in Charlevoix was clean and spacious in a lovely residential area surrounded by other old homes of the period. It was nice to sit in the living room and read early in the morning. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Our breakfast included an amazing homemade baked apple French toast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
