What a beautiful place! The building used to be a monastery, and it still has a small but gorgeous chapel. The service was excellent, breakfast had a lot of variety, and the restaurant for dinner was tasty. Location wise it's perfect. It's a 5 minute drive to the town Cangas de Onis, where you can take the buses up to Covadonga and the lakes, and also explore the town, which is very pretty. Tons of good restaurants there too. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room with tall ceilings and comfortable bed. The hotel is nice and right next to the church. It was very cold and they don't have heat in the summer so Maria at the front desk let me borrow her personal space heater to help me. She was amazing! Great restaurant as well.
The hotel has great views and sits high above the valley floor. Check-in was a breeze and done online. Room keys were in a lockbox that getting settled quick and easy. We had to depart the second morning before breakfast but they made a plate for us to take with us, super staff. Overall a great experience.
It’s not just a hotel, but the owners family home. It’s really a Bed and breakfast. Such a peaceful place in a charming small town. Room is huge with a very big balcony.
We stayed for two nights when we were hiking in the area. Rooms were small but clean, area was quiet and safe. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the hotel was a short walk into town where there were other good restaurants and some shopping.
This property is located a few miles outside of Llanes in a small community. It is just across the street from a small beach. It is a quiet area. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel we stayed in was actually next door to the one pictured and is older so it was not what we were expecting but we had a nice stay.
Hotel Babú is like a retreat! It is a lovely, peaceful location near the mountains and sea. The breakfast overlooking the pastures and garden was exquisite. And hearing cowbells first thing in the morning was so charming. We had a fabulous experience at this property. The service was impeccable. The wonderful front desk host also stored our luggage for us which was above and beyond!!!!
