Kurumba was just amazing. From the check-in process to checking out, everything was flawless. They made the speedboat from the airport effortless. They greeted us with delectable coconut sherbet. Great Resort, unbeatable location and wonderful staff. We had the best time of our life over the 8 days spent in the hotel just last week. Could not ask for more. Staff is so friendly, amenities are amazing and management makes you wish all hotels were this well managed. Although quite a distance from the Pacific Northwest, we may consider visiting the Maldives again and staying at Baros.

This hotel is located just 15-20 mins by boat from the airport. The island is small enough to be intimate but large enough to go for a long good walk. And if you don't feel like walking they have golf carts to shuttle you around! I like that we had a many dinning options, but I will say I was a bit disappointed with both fine dining restaurants. The service is great, but the food in terms of taste is not in line with what you pay. I do think both Baan Thai and Sea salt could be a bit better. ...
Amazing resort with exceptional staff. We were met at the airport and it took us less than 5 minute to be on the speed boat. We then were met with Karen .... An angel from the sky which makes everything feel as if we are the only customers in the hotel... Ismail in the room service and another Ismail at the restaurant were also amazing.

Absolutely fantastic location, facility and staff. One of the most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever experienced. The location is mesmerizing; the facility itself is breathtakingly beautiful and extremely well-maintained; and the staff are unbelievably courteous, friendly and hard-working. This resort should be rated five star not for everything was exceptional. The food, service, the accommodations! The beaches were crystal-clear, turquoise, and calm and beautiful!
I would categorize this hotel as boutique in nature. More for one night stand kinds of travelers but not for someone in Maldives for business. There isn’t a business center, the rooms do not have a work space, and there isn’t a fitness center. Having said that, it’s clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff top notch.
