Staff was great and I would go back. Looked like the pictures and they had amenities like washer/dryer on site. Set up a taxi for me to the airport and had a night person in case of anything.

A great 5 star hotel in a magical destination. The hotel is in a great position near the dunes and we were in ocean view room. The room was modern and large with a great bathroom. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Hotel was very nice with all the needed amenities. The adult pool was great. The hotel was close to the Yumbo center which had great night life.

Location, Mas Palomas (south end of island), was not the Las Palmas area I'd thought I was getting. Mas Palmas is prime location for sun-loving Europeans from the north. As such, there are more tourists than natives and restaurants cater to them. Not so much Spanish food or flavor to be found! Hotel facilities are grand.

Very clean hotel with a stunning views of the mountains and golf course. Breakfast was pretty standard continental one. Even though it was very difficult to find, I think it is good place to rest and enjoy the scenery. Valentina was super helpful. Checking online is a must.

Very elegant, friendly, and well mannered. I will definitely have to go back for a second time and only to this hotel because I felt so comfort. Not only that, but it was close to the beach and strip mall where I felt safe. Great food at the hotel and surrounding beach front resturants.

We had a great time. Walked down to the supermarket then enjoyed the rest of the night. Quiet, peaceful and nice plus off the beaten track.

The place was super cozy and clean! The staff were all friendly! The room was large and got great sunlight. The pool was also large and the temperature was fantastic, not too cold! The happy hours and evening shows were so much fun, and food was tasty and well priced. My only complaint is that the wifi was absolutely horrible, as it rarely would connect and made it hard for me as I was traveling from the United States.
