"When I read the reviews on this hotel , I was abit worried. As I turned up , the hotel looked amazing outside with a string of Irish pubs , a supermarket and restaurants. It was a nice , easy check in with amazing staff who were wonderful. "Great location , amazing staff and very clean , lovely breakfast , really big rooms with separate bedrooms , just a bit tired and dated , rooms don’t come with a kettle but I asked and was given one immediately , shame aircon only in lounge area not bedroom I found it too hot even leaving door open to bedroom and it wasn’t summer time ! I had an accident and had to go to hospital , staff on reception really helpful sorting which hospital to use and a taxi ! Only thing pre travel is I had lots of messages on Expedia from the hotel about choosing rooms etc and they were all in Spanish !"
