Amazing service

The front desk team where very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Two really good restaurants right up the street. A wine bar/restaurant and a sports bar/restaurant with indoor and outdoor live music. Free breakfast at the hotel was very nice in the morning.

Everything was great! The staff was pleasant and always willing to help. Very clean, and perfect views. Our anniversary spent here was the best one yet... We will be returning!!!

The property was in the middle of a remodel so there were only 5 rooms available which made it very quiet. The unit was very clean. The amazing thing about the property was the canal in the back. The manatees were swimming around everyday. They were awesome to see. One evening there were dolphins playing in the canal. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that had great food, drinks and live music every night.

We ended up checking in to a close by hotel that we had made reservations for and checking right out because it was absolutely disgusting. We went over to Hampton Inn and luckily, Crystal was able to help us book the last available room in the hotel. I have to say, we had an amazing stay here. The staff was truly so nice, respectful and accommodating. The rooms and the hotel were super clean. They served breakfast every morning in the lobby and it was pretty good!! We had a good experience. We landed in Fort Myers around 10:45 pm and the shuttle service picked us up even though it was later than 11. Our room was clean and the night we were here it was quiet. We did not use many amenities since this was just a a quick stop before we continued on our journey.

Good Value for the location. I would recommend to travelers in the area for recreation and shopping.

Very clean and quiet hotel

Our first visit to 'the Tween' -- and we'll definitely be coming back! This place has everything: beach, pool, two restaurants (one fancy and one 'pubby'), boat rentals, kayaks, small cottages and moderately priced rooms -- either ocean or bay views! Very satisfied (would get a 5 stars on room comfort if the pillows were better, but next time will bring our own).

We were pleasantly surprised with the homey feeling we immediately had upon our arrival . The together, in the lobby meeting area was very welcoming and enabling us to meet others in a relaxing atmosphere.

What a beautiful resort! What a fantastic staff! The food at the veranda is outstanding! The staff is there for you at all times! Treat you with such respect as a guest. Great pools! The lazy river is the fountain of youth! Have been here 3 times in last year. Room was very clean. Spacious. Great view from every room. They also have a private Island which we never miss going to. Great boat ride to island and so relaxing with chairs and umbrellas. Great!
