"The room was nice. There was planty of room and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to get a receipt. They told me that it would be sent by Hotels.com. I still do not have it."

"Breakfast was great, clean lobby and rooms. My only issue is that within five minutes of being in our room from the pool, we got a call from the front desk saying there had been “multiple complaints” about the screaming and slamming doors in our room. My toddler (who is on the autism spectrum) had fallen off the bed and was having an absolute meltdown. Which we were able to get settled quickly. We left the pool in the first place because there was a family of 10 or so absolutely screaming so loud it made my ears pop and sacred my toddlers beyond belief. You could hear it from the lobby. There were also people aggressively forking until after 1 am, and another family with yelling kids who were running up and down the hallways at 6 am. Yet we were the ones who had multiple complaints? "
