There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

An ideal hotel in the heart of Lyon. Room was large enough for 2 people and very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our requests. The hotel has a resto in the premises and good eatery options around it. Tram is close by too.

Convenient location just above the old part of Lyon. Spacious and very comfortable bedrooms. Multiple food options and amazing breakfast buffet.

Overall well maintained property. Air Conditioning worked fine. Comfortable bed.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

Family rooms with the drop down bunk beds were great for our family, kids loved them.

this hotel was very modern with a very comfortable bed. The staff was helpful for the most part. The only drawback was that our room had 2 levels with stairs between the sleeping are and the bathroom. You had to really watch your step especially at night. Great location, only a few blocks from the metro station and the tramway stopped 1/2 block away.

The Hotel is walkable from the trainstation. It was nice and clean. I liked the old feel. The staff was nice and helpful. You can get anywhere from here.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy walking access to all major touristic sites, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend getting a superior room with the River view. We had a very pleasant stay & enjoyed talking to friendly & helpful staff. It’s also close to the St Paul Train station. Note: If you drive, parking is around 33+ euros/day & it’s a 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. For US travelers, pls be advised there’s no standing shower, though, there’s a shower...

We did have an electricity outage. I appreciate breakfast in the morning but would love a coffee machine or electric tea pot for non breakfast use! Even a way to buy water from a machine would be great!

Lovely apartment, concierge was very helpful and polite. Good size for a family of four for an overnight visit.

The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it. The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped.
