I called 4 - 5 times with different questions & concerns, & everytime i believe it was someone different, but everytime they were ALL very friendly, very helpful & very patient with me. The room was also very clean.Thank you all for such great customer service!!!

Big room for family if 5 with the studio with 2 queens and pull out couch. Decent breakfast.

This is a new hotel on the East side of town, just off the I-40 exit (and next door to the famous Big Texan steakhouse). It was super convenient to pull right into the parking lot after a long road trip. It was remarkably quiet-being so close to the freeway.

Property was very reasonably priced, conveniently located and clean. They thought of everything. Two thumbs up.

The staff we very kind and courteous. Enjoy the morning breakfast, except the eggs seemed a little bit runny.

Comfortable and clean

I booked this room for one night and paid around $40, which at that price point my expectations aren’t high at all. This place may not be the prettiest to look at, but the staff were all super friendly and helpful, my room was clean and didn’t smell, the shower pressure was excellent and the shower is massive. Wonderful stay

Ended up stranded in Amarillo on our cross-country roadtrip due to car trouble. Booked this late at night, and arrived to meet friendly front desk staff who were kind and attentive. They directed us to our room, which was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Dove bath products, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even free breakfast. The wagon and bath house were amazing. If I had to say anything it was the road noise but your staying in a wagon. I would highly recommend this experience.

Clean and nee

I absolutely LOVED how clean EVERYTHING was!! From the tub to the windows!! This was THE best stay I have ever had in ANY hotel!! The staff were INCREDIBLE and SUPER friendly!! I felt very safe and comfortable!! The bed was SOOOOO comfortable that I struggled to get out of bed to leave!! You could hear the bed whisper begging you to stay and not leave!! I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE visiting Amarillo!! It was close enough to everything but far enough from all the noise!! 10/10...

Great place. Clean, nice room and pet fee was reasonable. Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot. Breakfast was terrific.
