"Very close but to the mall and train station and in a busy area, trains throughout the city are a must and once you’ve got your head around the lines/locations your good to go! So this place is in a good locale, members of staff continually cleaning bathroom facilities, nice small lounge and kitchen. Reception 24/7 and very welcoming. "

"The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too."

"If you need five star fancy, this isn't for you. But if you value clean, air-conditioned rooms with their own bathroom, very helpful, friendly staff and a good restaurant on the ground floor.....this is the place !! And you don't HAVE to be Young, Male or Christian. And what a bargain !! I'd love to go back again."

"The check in was quick, the room very large with tiled floor, bathroom a good size, there was a view and coffee and a kettle were provided. There was a T.V. Breakfast was a set menu from a local Bistro and was Asian in style but good, even though a little way from the hotel."

"Well-priced hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby with outdoor dining, or at nearby nu Sentral mall. An 8-minute walk to trains or buses to the Airport. KL Sentral rail station is a hub for most Light Rail lines. "

"Centrally located to Sentral station. Located in little India. Building had a power outage in the middle of the night and resolved within an hour by staff. Towels were stained and ripped. Bedding was clean. There was dust build up in the aircon. "
