The hotel is a bit old school but nice, breakfast is a buffe which was pretty good, the onsen/shower & bathing was alright. Most rooms higher up have a great view over the city. There’s a 7/11 about 5/10 minutes from the hotel. "The view of Mt. Fuji was awesome. Love the room with onsen and top of roof onsen gives a great view of Mt. Fuji. Food was excellent breakfast and dinner with Taiko show. The gardens were beautiful. The all you can drink wine was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Easy to get to, helpful transfer bus to and from Kawaguchi station and lovely rooms. The view of Mt Fuji from the bathtub is awesome! Breakfast is plentiful with enough for western travelers to enjoy. Free glass of wine and coffee in the lobby with a free snack was also great. We loved our 2 night stay here."

"Stayed here for one night to visit Mount Fuji. Accommodation was clean, with all facilities needed. Futons gave a real Japanese experience. Close to train station about 10 minute walk. We had a good view of Mount Fuji from window. The area itself is very quiet with limited places to eat/ drink but our main reason was to visit Mount Fuji. "
