Hotel Emporio Acapulco

"I didn't like the fact that one of two elevators was always breaking down,we got stuck inside one time. we were afraid to use them didn't know when they would stop working , had to pay extra for parking, also had to pay for umbrellas service the hotel had service but it was extra where is the savings the gym was an embarrassment to the hotel the equipment wasn't working properly
,the only seat was ripped from the seat,the weights were from the 70s old and rusted it seems that they install them and forgot about them I will never recommend this hotel"
"The hotel is a large, beautiful, and brand-newly renovated property. Our room was amazing, with plenty of options for relaxing by the pool. However, the beach access was extremely disappointing. The beach area is very small and right next to a jet-ski rental, so we felt crowded and unsafe. The locals, especially those trying to do business by bringing outside visitors, were extremely rude, messy, and even aggressive. These vendors were bringing in guests from outside, setting up tables in front of us, blasting music, and leaving trash everywhere. Despite repeatedly complaining to the hotel lobby and security, we received no support. Although the manager responded to my review saying they would improve this, I can’t recommend this hotel—especially for international tourists—because the beach experience was not relaxing or enjoyable at all."
"Al aser el check in el reception parese q no le gusta su trabajo ni biennenida ni me esplivo nada del hotel y grosero solo medio la llave y lps controles y medijo q cuarto tenia y ya solo un elevafor avia y chico solo cania 4 personas para un hotel grande los empliados ni te saludaban y parese q todos estaban enojados y el lugar no esta tan limpio y luego te quieren cobrar asta por las tuallas q esten con una mancha cuándo las tuallas ni tan limpiaa estan por tofo te quieren cobrar y el bańo no tiene ni donde salga lo caliente no ay telegono para la recepvion no ay tuallas para la albertca la verdad para el precio no bale le pena no me wuedaria otraves aa qui son muy despotas los empliados la verdad no lo recomiendo mejor nusquen otro en la costera como el emporiom oh el ritz oh kristal nunca eh tenido problemas con ellos vomo con este"

Las áreas de oportunidad son seguir con las mejoras del estacionamiento y elevador asi como mas personal en el restaurant."
