"“GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel! You are in the jungle. This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there. The “tents” are permanent structure on stilts. Maybe a bit more like a fancy hut! You can see the “bones” of the structure from inside, and it felt almost like being inside a huge whale’s rib cage! "So this is a nice, non-corporate hotel.
10 semi-detached rooms - large with balcony and good shower and smart TV and WiFi…
A decent sized pool - overlooks a river, the other size of which is Paraguay.
Martin and team were attentive and keen to help.
Inclusive breakfast was good - cold foods. Optional omelettes, etc. Good mix of international and local (missionary) food.
Evening menu is fine - decent food. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant - but I never expected it to be!!
