Had a great experience. The bathroom was so new they hadn’t finished caulking it yet so it leaked when we showered. The owner was aware of this and made extra provisions of towels until they had it scheduled to get fixed after our stay. The jacuzzi tub was huge and very comfortable but needs to be generously filled or water will splash everywhere when turned on. Our king bed was two twins together so it had a seem but the beds and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was a 10-15...

Beautiful setting in downtown Arrowtown just a block off the Main Street with tons of shopping and awesome restaurants offerings. The charming grounds are meticulously cared for and our room (studio) was clean, well maintained and very nice.. The bed was warm & cosy. Appreciated have the mini-kitchen. The owner/manager made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated being able to do a load of laundry during our 2 week trip. We only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed...

Great stay. The service is the 1st thing that jump out in this place. It is just outstanding from the moment you enter and during the stay. More about it later. The rooms are beautiful with everything a man needs. Great bed, shower, mini-kitchen, and of course the view. Parking and location is also great. If I needed to change something I would just suggest to replace the chair with a backrest chair for people that need to work. I did have some issues with the hot water, but here the service...

I was very impressed with Highview Apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they gave us a tour of our room, the gym, laundry facilities, and helped us schedule a cab to the airport for our last day - and the rooms were just what we needed, perfect amount of space. (the bathroom floors were even heated!) The wifi worked great. The apartments had beautiful views of the lake and the mountains, and were a mere 10-15 minute walk from Queenstown. I highly recommend them.

I found this hotel completely by chance on Expedia. It was my absolute favorite hotel of the entire trip. You get a complimentary bottle of fresh, local milk at check-in. The rooms are extremely tastefully designed and modern. There are no TVs in the rooms, but it encourages you to explore what else the Sherwood has to offer. The restaurant and bar was some of the best I experienced. They grow their produce on site and make almost everything from scratch. You can even take yoga classes there...
