Great place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Comfy room

Staff were awesome! Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Pillows were the worst part, otherwise we really enjoyed the Hotel. Close to the Zoo and Dave & Busters!

The Breakfast Attendant Scott Meisenheimer was very nice and attentive. He always went above and beyond to ensure that you were taken care of and did not need anything. He tried to help in anyway he could. Thanks to people like him my families stay was very nice.

We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and we loved hearing Shakira sing in the morning while she was working. :) We will definitely stay again.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly and nice. Had a great turkey pesto sandwich in the bar. Prices in the bar are reasonable. They are pet friendly but the pet fee is $100, a bit steep.

This hotel has by far been the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I was receiving $1000 treatment for a $400 hotel. I will never stay in another hotel when I come to this area, only this one. Super clean, breakfast was incredible, and the entire building is very beautiful and impressive. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.
