Staff were awesome! Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Pillows were the worst part, otherwise we really enjoyed the Hotel. Close to the Zoo and Dave & Busters!

The Breakfast Attendant Scott Meisenheimer was very nice and attentive. He always went above and beyond to ensure that you were taken care of and did not need anything. He tried to help in anyway he could. Thanks to people like him my families stay was very nice.

We came for a brewers game and Nita at the desk was so kind and helpful! We love this location with its proximity to the stadium and all of the surrounding restaurant choices. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about this property. The Lady at the front desk who was the supervisor (Jolene?) was awesome. Dominque was one of the cleaning ladies with such a bright attitude and great smile. Our room was above and beyond what we expected. We LOVED it all and will be back. Thank you so much Knickerbocker on the Lake!

Very nice and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for 5 star hotels and the price was affordable.

It was good the hotel was nice, happy hour was amazing, staff was nice. Pool was VERY cold! I couldn't even get in it was to cold. My older 3 kids didnt seem to mind it after being in it for a minute but my other 2 wanted no part in it. If they got a pool heater it would have been better

Located in a historical building in downtown Waukasha. Reception a little funky had to go upstairs to 2nd floor . Once we found our room rather like a maze we were pleasantly surprised with a large bathroom. (whirlpool tub plus large shower with 3 heads. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, even better than home. Room clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if in the area beats Hampton and also had complimentary breakfast, omelets even.

Good location near shops, metro market, and several delicious dining options. Comfy and clean room with eco-friendly touches, such as wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of plastic travel size bottles.

Nice assortment of complimentary breakfast items. Comfortable stay at a decent price. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Would stay here again because of their comfortable heaven like mattresses and pillows! Friendly staff, clean rooms. Some areas of the hotel could use some updating or retouching. Overall a great experience. Plus you get warm cookies when you check in!

I like the concept very boutique - my room was good size - a living area - kitchenette - work desk - walk in bathroom and a separate bedroom - really good space - definitely recommend
