"Had an issue with a shelf falling when we hung somethings on the hanging rod, and air conditioning didnt work. Went to front desk and explained and they investigated and moved us to the next room. Which was good and we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite lovely."

We had a small issue with a leaking fridge, which was changed but did disrupt a short stay which was disappointing but these things happen. We would recommend. "Das Hotel ist okay aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne Unterkunft. Das Zimmer ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet: es gibt keinen Schrank, nur ein Brett und eine Kleiderstange mit 6 Bügeln. Wir hatten einen riesigen Schimmelfleck im Bad. Dreckige Handtücher, welche wir zum Wechseln auf die Erde gelegt hatten, wurden wieder aufgehangen. "The resort was absolutely perfect for our kids - they were obsessed with the pools, playground was great (when it was cool enough to use), ac was strong when we needed to retreat from the heatwave that happened during our stay. I didn’t realise how big the place was until we went to the dining hall but it is all spaced out well that when you’re in your apartment you don’t feel like you’re in a massive complex. Food options were pretty good too but we also ate out lots as so many good local...

"First impression was really good, helpful staff, nice pool. The room was basic, but had a nice balcony with view For first two nights it was quiet but then other guests arrived and it was then there was noise till 2am. Lots of banging doors, shouting and I didn't sleep well at all for the rest of my break. It was a shame as the outside, the pool and views were lovely "

"We had a wonderful stay , the staff are so friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and really nice .the location is peaceful and a car is recommended or bus outside on main road . The room is clean and modern but basic - we had the private pool room and the views are just astounding! We saw door few times ! There are a few small things that could really import this place to a 10 out of 10 but still I would highly recommend for anyone seeking serenity "
