Delightful little place in a quaint, secluded area. The staff was very nice. The pool was amazing! Breakfast was great with fresh made espressos rather than a machine! Good advice from staff about what to do in the area.
We had a wonderful time at Förstlerhof. After a day of hiking we enjoyed the Spa area of the hotel. The restaurant and staff is also really nice.
Would definitely come again next time.
What an exceptionally outstanding hotel. Everything about it is wonderful. From the setting where apples grow to the views of the mountains. In our three week tour of Europe this is by far the nicest staff. Our room was large with a balcony and sitting area. While there is no restaurant onsite, they do serve breakfast which was delicious.
I felt welcome from the moment I walked in - was greeted by my name. Host knew we were coming !!

The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.
A beautiful little hotel nestled in a rustic Alpine town. Charming lobby, bar and restaurant. Gracious friendly staff...family owned and operated. Provided us with very courteous service with personal attention and help with tourist information and restaurants. A place we will certainly hope to stay in the next time we return to the Merano area.
Great staff with attention to every detail. The owner is kind and truly seems to want everybody to enjoy their time in his hotel. The maître d’ watches over every meal very carefully, it is extremely knowledgeable about wine, and set a great tone. The staff was without exception extremely friendly and very good at what they were doing. Very pleasant atmosphere and good value! This hotel is a GEM! We loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the 2-bedroom units were amazing! We spent hours in the morning just enjoying the view. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time. The location was fabulous. The staff and hotel were amazing. We there during August and it was VERY hot in the towns. However, being up at 1500M meant that we were able to sleep and be cooler at night. We will definitely got back!
No aircpndition in rooms but that is standard across alps region or europe in general. But it get chilli in the night so its ok. Perfect place for bikers and sleep overs. Staff are amazing, decent breakfast for the money. Highly recommend.
