Hotels in Cooper-Young Historic District

Breakfast was amazing, the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the beds clean & comfy. My only complaint would be the poor air flow from the air conditioning. One of the beds mostly blocked it and there were no other fans to move the cool air where it needed to go. It took us a while to cool off enough to sleep, seeing as it got over 100F that day. The room was cool enough, but the air was so still that it didn’t feel like it.

The food is the restaurant did not taste good. I took it to go to my room. It was fresh but didn’t taste good at all. I had to throw it all away. BB King Club/Restaurant had excellent food. Also Expedia didn’t tell me the hotel holds $100 for incidentals which is higher than any hotel I hade ever stayed at. Including New York. we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it. We would award the hotel at least 4.5 stars: staff friendliness, safe parking right outside the front door, really good breakfast menu for which changes daily; easy to get to and from the interstate.

Location, it was near everything we came to Memphis to do, but far enough away, that we felt safe.

Property was clean and consistent with other courtyard properties in downtown areas. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was nice and bed was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Love that the little dining area has Starbucks and healthy breakfast options. Off site parking was close by and easy to get to. Will definitely be staying here again.

Room was excellent Mexican restaurant next to it was great. Pool was wonderful as it was the hottest day of summer 99 degrees

Stayed here many many times. Always clean and the rooms have a peaceful atmosphere.

When I arrived, the attendant was friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I noticed later that as a different front desk attendant was checking in a customer, she was just as happy and friendly as the lady who checked me in. The breakfast was good with eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. The only real negative was that I could hear noise from the hall and from my neighbors when I was in my room. Happily, I did not have noisy neighbors.

We were looking for a hotel that was close to a training we were in town for … the hotel the training was at had horrible reviews … we found this wonderful place!! First I must mention the beds - they are SO SO amazing!! Comfort level of the mattress, the sheets and the pillows are are 10 out of 10!! The whole hotel is extremely clean. What a lovely hotel! The staff was great, and the room was sparkling clean and fabulous. So nice to walk into this after a long day on the road. Spacious, inviting, and quiet. I loved it! My only very minor complaint would be that the bathroom needs better lighting. But overall, everything was wonderful.

Comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. I drove into Collierville, TN, for dinner 14min away.

The only the negative is the tv wasn’t working. I called the front desk to let them know and she never sent anyone to fix it. Other than that the stay was good. The room was nice and clean. And it was next to restaurants

The location was great. Easy, safe parking!

Amazing staff, close to the airport. Shout out to Antonio and Velma at the front desk. Also, the shuttle drivers! All so pleasant and personable. Incredibly comfortable bed, nice room!! I highly recommend this property for a stay in Memphis!

Great place to stay and an easy parking garage to find. On the down side, there were a couple stairs to get luggage from the car to the elevator! That was the only down side though.
