The room was comfortable, nicely designed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed? Super cozy—definitely gave me a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated how quiet it was, considering how lively the area can be. Customer service was solid. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth. You can tell they’re used to taking care of guests and keeping things running efficiently. If I had to point out anything, it would be that parking and pricing in the area can be a little tricky—but that’s just New York in general, not really on the hotel. The front desk staff will provide a list of parking garages that are nearby. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great mix of comfort, location, and style—perfect for a getaway, whether you’re visiting the city or just doing a little staycation."
