"The staff were very helpful, this place is very clean and nice rooms and very close to the Lisbon airport. A nice large glass bottle of complimentary water and they offer a complimentary bottle of wine to their guests, which is really cool. The free morning breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices of pastries, fruits, eggs, fresh juices and coffee and more. Would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon!"

"Really nice hotel in a good area. We booked to be close to Oriente station for our train to Pombal the next day and were pleasantly surprised to find so many eating options at the waterfront nearby.
We also had a fab breakfast at the Grupeto bicycle cafe.
The noon checkout meant a chilled morning before heading to the station.

Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). After spending the day in our beautiful hotel room we went to the front desk and asked if there was anywhere good around...
A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! The hotel is one of the most beautiful places that I ever stayed. Fantastic location, exceptional service throughout Immaculately clean in the middle of old town but still very quiet. I can't wait to return.
We stayed 9 nights in this extraordinary hotel in the heart of Lisbon.
First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped).
There is a spectacular breakfast every morning, including traditional Portuguese staples like sardines in olive oil...
The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.
Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

Perfect location! Many shops and restaurants right outside the door. Walking distance to Tagus River and some of the boat tours. Two plazas virtually across the street (Praça do Rossio and Praça da Figueira) One was the meeting point for one of our day tours, and about a 20 minute walk back from the drop off point down a beautiful shady street, Av da Liberdade. We took Uber to anywhere not within walking distance, and you also have the Rossio metro stop right there. Pretty much everyone spoke...
I loved the unique theme and feel to this hotel. It’s a one minute walk to the metro and the famous tram line; however, the area it’s located in isn’t the safest. Every day we encountered people on drugs outside (but they were harmless in our case and we had no issues). Just some strange characters. But the hotel itself is fabulous and they offer unique extras and a copious breakfast! As a woman I would only stay in this area with a male partner and suggest coming back a little before 10pm....
Great location by markets, shopping, and great restaurants. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great. Loved everything about our stay.
