Had a nice stay at the hotel- cute, quaint and very central to everything in Krk town. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant below and we ate very well while in Krk. We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. This review reflects an unfortunate situation in which an employee’s behavior necessitated my making a complaint to the management. They responded quickly and appropriately. It would be unfair rate my stay based on one staff member; the others were great. Not so pleased, however, with Hotels/Expedia refund policy. Shouldn’t be so difficult once property agrees to the refund. ☹️☹️☹️ for Expedia.
