"Exceptional stay and outstanding hospitality! We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Timbre Virtudes. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. Anna and Sarah at the front desk were fantastic, and Liliana warmly welcomed us when we checked out. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Don’t be fooled by the surrounding neighbourhood the hotel is truly 5-star quality. It is modern, stylish, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Anna gave us a personal tour and explained everything. Our beds were prepared for the evening, the lights were dimmed, and chocolates were left on our pillows. We even received a complimentary drink at the bar. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond with a beautiful surprise of champagne, a delicious cake, and a lovely personalized note. It was incredibly thoughtful and made our celebration unforgettable. We also loved the rooftop. The staff there were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A huge thank you to the entire Timbre Virtudes team for making our first visit to Portugal so memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto!"
