No issues with the hotel but the town was pretty much shut down for the season so there weren't many restaurants open. The beach & the Adriatic Sea were fabulous & the weather still warm & sunny.
Hotel Fontanelle is in a small town. There is a superb restaurant (pizzeria notte) and the surrounding area is quintessential Italy. Just check your bus schedule, and be patient with the late arrivals.
The stay itself was fantastic. Great location, nice room with ocean view. Very clean and safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and kind.
But the owner is a compete jerk. I feel bad for the staff. Please stay here and tip the staff and let the owner know he should treat them better. He is a total piece of sh*t
Good clean hotel. Staff was friendly they have parking on site but they only have 4 spots so you have leave your key with the front desk , just Incase they have to move the car. I didn’t have any problems with parking. Also parking available about 5 minutes walk and cheaper. Your in walking distance to food and some sightseeing. Area felt safe walking around. Overall I would stay here again.
This was the most pleasant surprise on my trip. It's a local hotel but with the most inviting staff. The hotel was spotless, neat, organized. Breakfast was pure Italian which I love. Bathroom clean, nice towels and good wifi.
He recommended two restaurants which were fabulous. One for wine and appetizers and another for dinner. The best cappelletti I have ever tasted at La Gardella. Anyone who come to Ravenna must go there for dinner.
