"The rooms are extra small for some reason"

"Property was ok. But air conditioning was set at 25C, room was at 25.5C and I told them to sort it out but they said they can’t change it both night could sleep, had to open the windows. I think it’s not 5star hotel standard. "

"Perfect ski-in-ski-out location. Room and all other facilities were spotless. Wonderfully well organized spa. Staff were friendly and professional. The only issues: thermostat in bedroom was fixed at 25 C, to warm to sleep well. Also, the water in the bathroom was not hot, just warm. Finally, the dining-included was cafeteria style, which is normal, but not entirely appetizing, or hot and fresh."
