"Villa Falicia was a very pleasant surprise. The property was lovely, we had a wonderful room that was clean and comfortable. The property was quiet, pleasant and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lemon trees along the walkways. The Breakfast was Outstanding. We had nice weather and were able to have our breakfast outside at tables near the pool. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. "

"First the positive the Lady who greeted us was lovely and a nice big pool area. Now the Negative - generally all the details are incorrect the hotel is still being built. I booked because I checked the location on the map - this is incorrect the location on the map is where you have to go to get breakfast its a 10 minute drive from the hotel then its difficult to park. there is no reception, cafe, bar or Restaurant was not open. did not see any sign of wellness centre. "Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach

I’d read some of the reviews before that said you could hear noise from the street below and that it was difficult to get into the rooms but me and my Mum had neither of these issues. We didn’t hear any noise from the street below at night! When we arrived, we were able to drop our bags off and head out for a couple of hours before we could get into our room. "My friend and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the property. The hotel is charming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved our rooms. There is a wide choice of both sweet and savoury food at breakfast and fresh fruit plus a homemade cake every morning. Franco concocts a delicious array of cocktails at the bar at only 6 euros each! We will definitely return and I am recommending it to all my friends and family."
