"Great Atmosphere. The only con is the restaurants (Catch 31) closes at 10 or 11. And the pool closes at 9pm which is a bummer "

"Great breakfast and friendly staff. My bathroom needed attention and after asking housekeeping twice, my request was ignored to mop my bathroom. And NO, the Do Not Disturb sign was not on the door. "

"My go-to when I visit Virginia Beach. Only complaint is the mattress is nearing the end of its life, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Can’t comment on the breakfast that morning because we slept in.😁 Although in previous visits the breakfast has been fine, plenty to eat, fresh, hot."

"The room was super clean. The view was exceptional. No pool because we went during off season. We had some issues and were resolved right away. Thank you! "

"We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time "

"Room: found used press on nails on the floor, a slipper from a previous guest, a pair of underwear in the bathroom in the cubby where washcloths and hand towels were (behind the towel) that smelled terribly of urine, stains on the floor and bedding, and broken sink drain. Shower and sink water did not get hot. Pool: heater was broken and hot tub did not work."
