We stayed in the off season mid March so the hotel was quiet. Given that we were two of a handful of guests the staff especially Claudia in the bar and restaurant were very attentive and helped us make our stay easy. The staff even helped with renting us bikes having a masseuse brought in for just us in the spa. Again during the busy season this would all be normal and expected.
