Suites Sur Lac

"Great stay overall. The unit was really nice, clean and had a great view of the lake. It was also really quiet given the place was full so they have great sound control which is nice when trying to get away for a few days. The property is also great and seems to be a good place for a mix of family vacations or couples getting away. Only minor issue was that the only A/C unit was in the living room so it took a while to get the place to a reasonable temperature. The Hotels.com listing says "Air conditioning (climate-controlled)" under bedroom amenities but the thermostats either could not be set to provide cool air or perhaps weren't working. We didn't ask since the main room unit did a decent job but if you like a cooler place during hot summer months it may be worth double checking whether the actual bedrooms have A/C before booking."

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. The hotel’s location is ideal—conveniently close to key attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. The dining options were also excellent, offering a variety of delicious choices with great service. What truly stood out was the level of hospitality. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, which made the stay feel personal and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant overall experience. I look forward to returning again!"

"The place is filled with an old charm, the free beach access, and the pool added much value to our stay. Easy to start hiking just outside the hotel grounds. Beautiful and well maintained gardens. Restaurant is expensive , mattresses need a bit of upgrade , Expedia guests weren’t qualified to get the welcoming kit like the rest of the guests. Still it was a great experience."
