Wonderful place, great service and very good restaurant

My husband and I spent one night at Residenza dei Ricci last weekend and cannot wait to return. It is ideally situated for exploring Chiusi and the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The property is located at a very good spot where we could see the beautiful Tuscany landscape from our room on the first floor.

The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! Breakfast was yummy. I wish I took more of the chocolate pastry. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We even met the owner, who was so kind and most generous. Excellent stay!

The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties.

Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. Great grounds, pool (a little too cold) but great for very warm weather, amazing view of the lake and landscape. Theres a great winery just 4 minutes away! The room and bathroom were very spacious, we had a crib on our room for our baby, the bed was AMAZING, and the toilettries.. well.. the best ever, i´ll dream of that basil shampoo...

Beautiful rustic property with stunning views of the Val d’Orcia. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful place to experience the beauty of Tuscany.

Near the end of a three week vacation, visited this small hotel. It is not near town, but that is exactly what my wife and I were looking for, something quiet. We stayed three nights and enjoyed day tripping from this location. The food at the hotel is very, very good and the service by all of the staff from the GM to the waiters was professional and friendly.

Everything was great. The person at the front desk was so helpful and gracious. The hotel is magnificent. We were sad because our plans only had us there one night.

Hotel staff very friendly and speak English. Beach area was clean with private beach area and hotel provides chairs. Breakfast was excellent especially the cappuccino! Planning on returning next year for longer stay!

This hotel offers very good value and is in a good location.

Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well.
