This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Umbria. The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. This was our absolute best stay in the three weeks we were in Europe! The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the location — I can’t even begin to describe. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

Quiet, quant property with plenty of amenities. Very close to the town of Chiusi and several local wineries. The infinity pool was a beautiful way to enjoy a sunset and a bottle of local wine.

Stunning converted convent with incredible history and beautifully appointed rooms, plus gorgeous dining room, pool/jacuzzi with incredible view, lovely garden, bar, breakfast room and the staff so friendly and informative about the history.

Hotel is easy to find, and close to the historic center, underground and museums.

It was not what was expected. It was so much better. Fell in love with stone building and cozy rooms in pictures, when we checked in, saw so much more of serene beauty and did not want to leave. We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. The staff were local women, who made a wonderful breakfast every day and told us of the life in Tuscany. Our experience at Michelangeli's B & B in Orvieto was exceptional! We stayed almost 2 weeks and never had a complaint. We found the room rate reasonable. Francesca, the owner, was kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. Despite her broken English (and our broken Italian), we managed to communicate. Near the end of a three week vacation, visited this small hotel. It is not near town, but that is exactly what my wife and I were looking for, something quiet. We stayed three nights and enjoyed day tripping from this location. The food at the hotel is very, very good and the service by all of the staff from the GM to the waiters was professional and friendly.

Rent a car and drive the Tuscan countryside and stay at this hotel in Montepulciano. Roberto and his wife (princess) Elda were amazing and entertaining hosts. The hotel is right in the shopping and dining district, and there are multiple streets and sights to explore. Clean room and great staff

Greatness! I feel bad because I forgot his name but he waited right outside for us to arrive. He told us where we could park. Then he came in to give us the run down and show us the place but he also shared places to see and eat in the city. Breakfast was prepackaged and stocked up so we got to eat some for a late night snack. The towels where the softest ever. There were even a lot of books as well as chess and checkers out for the family to read and play. Amazing stay in an amazing town...

Hotel staff very friendly and speak English. Beach area was clean with private beach area and hotel provides chairs. Breakfast was excellent especially the cappuccino! Planning on returning next year for longer stay!
