"Very kind staff, and very nicely managed. Will stay here again when in Rotterdam."

"Great hotel and good location"

"Overall, a good, quiet, accessible and comfortable accommodation with a cosy cafe. The staff were always at the front desk for information and help and the room was fairly clean with very good bathroom. The breakfast was good except for some items that tasted like the leftovers of the past days."

"The Holiday Inn met expectations, the hotel is well worn and very basic but that was what we expected. We appreciated the breakfast, the staff tried to keep everything fresh even during the morning rush. The front desk staff were great and very helpful."

"The staff on arrival, at the bar and during breakfast were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and the hotel location was ideal. We really enjoyed the breakfast and will book again when next visiting Rotterdam 😊"

"Perfect stay, beautiful hotel with everything you need (great breakfast and restaurant). Walking distance from city center and cruise terminal. Amazing staff, so happy I booked my after cruise stay with them as well"

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

"A very good location and comfortable, if small, room. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast for a fee."

"The hotel Room Mate Bruno was just what we were looking for. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Holland America Cruise Terminal. The hotel is literally across the street from the terminal. There was food close by in the food hall. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay at Room Mate Bruno if we were back in Rotterdam again!"

"Room was clean staff very friendly and helpful great breakfast good bar"
