The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks

Really, it was good. A very nice hotel with an incredibly welcome staff. They solve your problems immediately if you have any (we had a problem (my wife felt ill at ease) and they organized an ambulance at once). Nice pool, clean and cosy. It’s cleaned up every morning and is open 9.30-19.00. You have got a coin douche, toilets, transats. Well, you know it’s not a five stars hotel, but it’s calm and six minutes walk to the beach. There is a free parking, it’s not near the hotel, you should walk...

Great spot. 2 blocks from main street with great restaurants. Close to airport. Definitely get the 2 bd flat with balcony! Staff usually leaves early. Got early check-in. Some limited street parking. Highly recommend getting international license and renting car even with parking being hard to find. Taxis are outrageously priced. If we come again to Sicily, we will stay here again. The taxi prices and inconvenient transportation and high petrol prices make us not want to return to Sicily.

Our stay at Settegrana was simply unbelievable! The staff was there to help guide us with directions from the start. Upon our arrival we walked into the most beautifully decorated and stunningly designed hotel. Settegrana features a mix of old Sicilian architecture with all the modern amenities with a sense of style that you would expect from a 5 Star Resort. We stayed at room #3 with a private pool, so if you have a chance to book that room GO FOR IT! The roof deck and the pool are to die...
