Perfect location - calm and quiet, right on the beach. Steps from the local restaurants with great inexpensive fare. The room was comfortable and nice, all necessary amenities. Friendly staff, good breakfast assortment. Very nice pool area - facing the sea. Excellent place to relax and unwind.

Driving through the town we were skepticle about what to find at the Kleopatra Hotel. Even the sign for the hotel is older and could use a facelift.
Inside everything was new renovations, clean and the friendliest multi lingual person at the desk. Demitri did a great job getting us settled and recommended the local taverna for dinner which was delicious. They had the best Greek Salad that we had during our 10 days.
I was in Kalamata for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with my stay! The hotel is located in a very peaceful area outside of city center but only about 10min taxi away from all the action. The only problem was with the Hotels.com web site listing the room with breakfast and you had to choose the higher rate room to get breakfast, eventhough both rates said with breakfast. They honored the rate anyway.

A brand new Byzantine and Chinese based holistic spa, the staff provide 5-star service in every aspect of your experience. I went for a one-niggt visit and experienced the sauna, steam room, polar plunge (brrr!) And the spherical pool. The perimeter of the sphere has jet stations providing massages for the whole body.
