"Overnight stay. Used the elevator to get to my room and got trapped in. My husband had to crank it open. Had a severe panic attack. Staff didn’t even care. Got charged twice when we bought beverages at the front desk. Never again period!"
"The place is so beautiful! The beds are confortable so we had a good sleep, although there was a lot of noise at night because of the pump that was near the room."

"La propiedad podría ser un lugar muy agradable solo que la falta de mantenimiento desde hace años provoca que la alberca esté lleva de hongo, suciedad y de asco entrar o al menos pisar el suelo tan sucio, todo lleno de mugre, telarañas y moho, las fotos que muestran no se si son muy antiguas o muuuuy retocadas porque llegas y parece casa abandonada, y por lo mismo se lo haces ver al personal y solo te hace groserías, deberían asegurarse de que las fotos que muestran son reales y recientes porque no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, en cuanto pude me fui a otro hotel sin pensarlo"
