Though it was cold and rainy, we had a wonderful time getting away from the city and being around nature. We were able to use the provided bikes, the hot pool, the spa and the inflatable ball (where people go inside and spin around).

Location is calm quiet and peaceful!! A great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

Clean, bare bones, safe and quiet hotel facility in a convenient location at a very low price.

Close to airport, our rooms were upgraded and breakfast was included. The front desk person got us a local driver to the airport for about $4. Would recommend for those early connection flights for sure.

Stayed here for my wedding. Staff were gracious, kind and very responsive. Loved this place!

The room was perfect and the young lady at the front desk was point on with our accommodations, made an immediate arrangement for our ride to the airport and was just sweet and personable.

Had a six hour layover after 21 hours of travel. This was the perfect place to nap for a few hour and extremely good value.

The hotel is amazing. Right near the airport with free shuttle service. It’s a brand new hotel with big rooms and comfy beds. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Even had a burger and fries. The proprietor spoke English very well and he helped us book a day tour, and arrange taxis for us. It is much nicer than any other airport hotel in the area. We were happily surprised. I DEFINITELY recommend it. We are from USA.

Clean and great service with friendly staffs. Rooms are brand new. Beds are firm with great amenities.
