"We absolutely loved our time in Merida and staying at the CIGNO Hotel was perfect for us. A little removed from the Centro of town but easily walkable and completely safe, day or night. The hotel was absolutely lovely. 10 spacious rooms, excellent staff and food. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had two dinners as well. The margaritas are exceptional. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while visiting Merida!! "

It was a tranquil and beautiful oasis. Walking distance to all the great restaurants like Oliva Enoteca, 130 Grados, and more! Sorry I don't have names of the staff but all were fantastic!"

"Great little hotel in Merida. Well located, a little walk from the plaza Grande. Leo the owner, is welcoming and very accomodating. He generously gives you tips on activities and restaurants. The place itself is nice, well decorated. My room was of regular size, with a nice shower. It was very clean and quiet, as it was quite far from the street. AC was working very well, WIFI was good too. You can start your day with a nice coffee made by the owner, and a croissant or some sort of...

"The hotel was a wonderful experience! The property had great amenities, lovely pool and quiet terrace. The room was well furnished, very comfortable, clean and perfect for a good night of sleep. The breakfast was great, fresh and welcoming. And the staff were incredible! Their suggestions of the area helped craft a great experience for our stay, and were very helpful. Finally the laundry service was a great addition to buy us some holiday time back on our trip. 10/10 overall. "
