"Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean, bathrooms are basic. Pool area was lovely and nestled in the hillside. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping in the area wasn’t great. A visit to Cachagua to see the bird life is not far away and well worth doing. "

The staff responded immediately to fix the problem, which was nice, but it was difficult to understand why the hotel had a continuous problem providing hot water in the shower. Taxi from airport Easy. At check my Pl card not accepted, so used another. Wonderful location, after sidewalk repairs. Now not pedestrian friendly, but doable. Wondeful Sauna, pools, ets. Great staff. Easy getting a taxi. Happy with all our meals, but one rrestaurant was unavalable."
