Our room was big but outdated and looked at some huge ugly pipes. We paid a lot of money and expected to be in a 5 star room, but not in our case. Service is great at Savoy. Restaurant, morning breakfast and tea time are enjoyable. Location is good but will stay somewhere else next time
Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!
I did not rate the staff, because I never saw any of them. This is a self check in and out facility above a Mediterranean restaurant. Be sure you have WhatsApp if you book here because that is how the hotel contacts you. There was either no notice of this when I booked, or I just didn’t read thoroughly enough. In any event, it’s really the only place to stay in the immediate area. Do not park in the shopping center parking area for any longer than an hour. There is a very narrow passage way...
We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the location. Windows, etc had a lot of charm. Next to food hall and many nice restaurants. A small grocery store around corner at Victoria train station if you want a late night snack or wine. Also a bar in hotel. We really liked the breakfast. Would stay again as a couple. Would consider a different hotel if bringing our children. Small rooms.
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again
We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.
Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.
