we stay in different hotel thru Spain. All of them were very nice. But for me the nicest unit was in this hotel. This is located in the Center, so all you want to see was just waling distances. This was a great hotel that appealed to us in every way. The decor was unique and very creative, but wonderful. The room was luxurious. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We could not ask for more.
The staff was excellent. The first room we got was obviously a smoking room and my preference was indicated as non-smoking. As I have asthma I requested a room change. I was already starting to get triggered just from entering the room and setting our bags down. They were more than accommodating. Even though the hotel was booked they had a ground level floor room available. It was actually not a nicer room than the one we had with a queen bed instead of two twins. It also had updated features...
10 min walk to the Mestalla stadium (we came to town mainly for watching a football game). It is also close to the public transportation, and Turia garden park is right across street. Staff is helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied and would love to come back again. Breakfast buffet is good and we tried a couple of nearby restaurants, both are good.
Perfect location in Valencia! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only deducted a star on comfort because it was so hot and we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. I would stay again and maybe request a fan 😊
The property is about 1 mile from the city center but it right around the corner from Oceonografic and Cuitat de las Arts les Ciencies. Very clean property and a few restaurants that are walking distance.
Property was clean and the rooftop pool is great. Many hotels in Spain say they have a pool, but then the pools are the size of postage stamps. This is a good size pool based on other places I’ve stayed in Spain. Pool closes a bit early - 8pm. Staff was helpful. Hotel is a 30 minute walk from Ciutat Vella. We walked or took a cab.
