"Our stay here was amazing, walking distance to Clifton Hill, saw fireworks at The Falls, fun for all ages. The hotel was accommodating and gave us a complimentary late checkout, Upon checkout day we were able to park in the lot until 2pm. The guest computer in the lobby was not working but the kind receptionist offered to help me print what I needed."

"Had a great time here, our 3rd time back!! Checked into a room on the lower floor with a sliding door that walked out into a playground, basketball court and the water park. So convenient and suited my family’s needs. Hotel guests on checkout day can continue to use the water park until 2pm."

"no ice till 1pm. rooms had the humidity smell. washing machine and dryer on hand for 2.75 each in exact change 2$ and 3 quarters (0.25$) but no change machine. near restaurants and stores. Parking is 20$"

"Solid 4/5 stay at White Oaks in Niagara. The room had a noticeable smell when we first arrived; it faded after a few hours, but it’s not what I’d expect at a 5-star resort. We also found plates left outside on our room floor at check-in, which should have been cleared beforehand. Dinner at Play Bar & Grill was a highlight—my son loved the prime rib burger—though my wife wasn’t a fan of the tacos. With a bit more attention to room cleanliness and readiness, this would easily be a 5-star experience."
