The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

First and foremost, the staff are what make this property worth the stay. They are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is remote, so for a quiet getaway it is ideal. If your room's window is over the main entrance be prepared that local youth chit-chat during the night next to the hotel. Therefore we sometimes had to close the window for silence.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and have a nice balcony. We did the all-inclusive and the food was some of the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had at a resort. The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always smiling, very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, hours of operation were perfect. Beach was just across a quiet road, and had soft sand Esther than rocky bottom. Spa services were nice as well.
