"The staff at this property are the most friendly and helpful that I've come across! I have stayed here 3 times, and they are consistently polite and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant, all are well trained and they SMILE! Any issues that I may have had with the property would be minimized by the amazing attitudes of the staff. The hotel is a bit older, but in good shape and well kept. The pool is very nice and the restaurants are all good. Rooms are comfy & mostly quiet."

The pool which was the primary highlight of the trip but swimming at night was not a good experience. The water was so cold. You would think for a luxury hotel with a luxury price, the very least, the pool could have been a little heated."
